Anybody know any good synonyms for the word 'CRAZY'?

hey so im trying to write a novel and i want to use good, descriptive words that not many people would think to use so i dont want to use the words crazy or insane or common words i want to be more original. plus one of the characters is TOTALLY crazy so i would appreciate a word that shows someone is completely bonkers. thanks!
