What Pittsburgh team is more likely to repeat?

The Pittsburgh penguins and Pittsburgh steelers are both defending champs. Which one is more likely to repeat and why? Right now, they are both having trouble in there divisions. But i think its possible at least one will repeat this year. Who is it and why?
