Girlfriend "seems" to have cheated or maybe not.. idk but i need some help/advice?

i am sorry to hear this, but i would let her go. if she did those things and stayed involved with that man i would be worried. she doesnt seem like she should be in a relationship with you right now. especially when she said she is young and living life.
