Can I keep 1 albino glolight tetra and one albino neon tetra with my other normal glolights and neons?

Neon tetras and glow light tetras do better in "schools" and just because a fish is a different color does not mean that they will not fit in with the school. So to answer your question, yes they will fit in (or should). Just make sure to quarantine them before yo add them to your tank so that if any of them is diseased they will not let the disease sicken the main tank.
