Toning ideas? i'm desperate!!?

less cardio - since it has a tendency to make you flabby especially when your not eating enough protein and on a high carb diet. Add some weights or do any form of resistance training that'll really help build up muscle. Muscle is good its the most metabolically active tissue in the body and takes more calories to maintain. You dont need to be afraid of muscle if your a girl since women dont have enough testosterone to actually look like Arnold, in fact alot of female fitness models you see on magazines actually do weights - heavy weights and moderate cardio. Eat right - good carbs, lean protein sources, and clean good fat. No junk and sugar.
