Who should I take in my draft #1?

Ok I have the #1 pick but everyone has 1 keeper. I have Andre Johnson the other keepers are AP, Chris Johnson, Gore, Turner, Rice, MJD, Fitzgerald, Brees, and A. Rodgers. Our scoring is 6 pts for a TD or 4 for a QB TD. 1 pt for every 33 yards rush/rec, and 1 pt for every 100 yds ping. My best avail are Mendenaal, D. Williams, R. Mathews, P. Manning, or R. Moss. I think I can get Schaub at #20 so I don't want to take Manning. Since we are a keeper league I was thinking Mendenhaal or Mathews so I could have them for a while. I don't really like Mathews being in a committee same with Deangelo. So who would you take?
