Should i leave or stay?

ok. well its summer, and im here at my dad's house up north for 2 weeks. i live in the south, and i visit him about 7 times a year i think. now back home, a friend of mine is having a hotel party this week and i wanna go soo badly. i knew about his party before i even knew that i was coming here. i mean i picked out an outfit to buy and everything.! friends will be there, and even my so called bf. (well we don't go out any more but we are really close) and i haven't seen him all summer. both of my parents know how badly i wanna go. and my dad even said that if my mom can drive up here and pick me up early that would be fine with him, too bad my mom won't answer her phone. i just don't want to disappoint my dad and blow him off for some party and make him feel bad. if i could i would just fly back home, but again, my mom won't answer. idk what to do, im like so torn right now. plz hlp.!!
