Will a bleach/water mix to kill parvo kill my gr forever?

I know that I have to spray my yard and clean with this mixture, but will my gr die off forever? I called a local nursery and they said nothing will ever grow back, the lawn care companys I called said it will eventually return. I'm confused. And what are any other tips for cleaning after he gets better?
